If I renew subscription for 1 year now to take advantage of the offer, will my subscription prolonged? I have still 1 month from previous subscription.

Well, smartaddons must have a different perspective about renewals.
I renewed my 3-month subscription earlier to take advantage of the offer and instead of that I got a new subscription which starts from today. This is not fair. You should remove renewal if it doesn't work.

Then I tried to buy the copyright removal. I added to cart and I cannot checkout! The system asks me to register again although I'm already logged in! So I cannot buy it!

I know I will get an answer when the offer is over but I thought I could try my luck.

I get the following message:

Still no answer.

And my subscription is still the same. No extension as promised.

And of course I missed the offer since the shopping card is not functional.
