What I am actually trying to do is split up a menu with that has 20 submenu items, into 2 columns s the menu does not drop down so low when it is opened.

I have done that a million times already. Headings still point to homepage, and no subtitles.

The support was really good for awhile there, then left us hanging again.
We cannot present a site that has menu issues.

Hoping I can get some simple questions answered so, we can complete our mega menu setup.

1. Can't get subheadings to work

2. if a submenu can be split into two columns, anywhere in the submenu.

3. If i set the submenu to full width, I cannot click the submenu items.

Ok, I understand your busy. That is a good thing.
But I got up specifically to get some help during the 1 hour time period.
Made my request and now 40 minutes later have not heard back yet...
I still have faith, but we are running out of time.
