I bought SJ Gifts and I am not able to find information whether I am supposed to pack all additional components, plug-in etc. to the Joomla catalogue on the server before installation whether to install qikstart and then to install plug-ins. I am a Joomla beginner. I ask the hint where to search for this information.

If you want to have a site like our demo site, you can install the quick start package.

It takes some minutes.

Please do the following steps:

+ upload and extract the zip quick start file on your server.

+ create a new database

+ install the extracted folder normally similar to Joomla

Hello everyone,
After i have uploaded my files in FTP filezilla i brought it to the right side as described in the instructions then i have to proceed by finding in to my folder on the server where i installed ...joomla?? sj gifts? and open "joomla/index.php"file???
I dont see a folder like that.
What file should i activate or click on?

We think that you have to extract the quick start zip file on your server firstly.

After that, you can install your site on the site url similar to a new joomla site.

Please do the steps in the ticket again.
