When you updated joomla, may be language folder also updated and delete some text before.
Please go to language file and paste these text to translate them like that:
NAME_LABEL_CONTACT="Definition"

Have you cleared cache of your site yet?
You need copy the code to your language folder:
language\YOUR_LANGUAGE_PREFIX\YOUR_LANGUAGE_PREFIX.tpl_sj_health.ini
