This guide is intended for all Responsive Listing modules, whichever components which have made all are applied. When you buy the module the first time, you will have the latest version. After the first release, we will update this module regularly, then check lastest version when informed
REQUIREMENTS
1. Joomla! v1.7.x or Joomla! 2.5.x, latest stable version is recommended.
2. Specific component; Content, K2, VirtueMart or Zoo component reflects the name of module.
INSTALLATION
1. Prepare your module package (zip file; please UNZIP first if it is indicated in the file name)
2. All steps are in administrator backend of Joomla!:
- In your Administrator page, go to Extensions -> Extension Manager
In this page, click Choose File, select module package.
- Then click Upload & Install
- Please wait for module being installed, usually within several seconds
- Now go to Extensions -> Module Manager, click Select Type box and choose the module you have installed
- Then click the module listed below to configure it as the SETTINGS part hereafter
SETTINGS
1. This module with sample layout is below:
- Tabs for Category: Showing the Category Tabs
- Sort and Layout: Allow you choose the sort type and the appropriate layout
- Item: Title, Description, Image and Link of each items
2. Configuaration:
NOTE: We used the images of SJ Content Responsive Listing module 's installtion to illustrate
The parameters are divided up into the following areas:

BASIC OPTIONS
- For devices have screen width from 1200px or greater - Allow you to choose 1 to 6 columns available
- For devices have screen width from 768px up to 1199px - Allow you to choose 1 to 6 columns available
- For devices have screen width from 480px up to 767px - Allow you to choose 1 to 6 columns available
- For devices have screen width less than or equal 479px - Allow you to choose 1 to 6 columns available
- Display sort form - Allow you to show Sort list box
- Display layout switch - Allow you to show Switch layout button
- Default layout - Allow you to choose Grid (sample above) or List as default layout
FILTERING OPTIONS
- Category - Choose the source of content that is used with this module
- Category PreLoad- Choose the part of source that is used for preloading
- Source Filter - Allow to show items that meet some factors:
- All Articles: Show all featured AND not-featured as well
- None Homepage: Only those that are not featured are shown
- Only Homepage: Only those that are featured are shown
- Item Count - Allow to set number of items visible
ORDERING OPTIONS
- Aticle Field to Order By - Allow to choose the criterion for order
- Title
- Most Viewed
- Recently Added
- Recently Modified
- Ordering
- Random
TABS OPTIONS
- Tab All Display - Allow you to choose showing Tab OR not
- Category Title Maxlength - Allow to set the length of category title
- Count Item Display - Allow you to show the number of items along with catefory title OR not
- Category Order By - Allow you to choose category order by title OR by featured ordering (only used when you show Only featured articels)
ITEMS OPTIONS
- Title display - Show the title of article OR not
- Title Maxlength - Allow to set the length of article title
- Description display - Allow you to show article description OR not
- Description maxlength for Layout Grid- Allow to set the length of article description
- Description maxlength for Layout List - Allow to set the length of article description
- Strip HTML Tags- Strip HTML tags in description OR keep them
- Keep on Strip tags- HTML tags to keep
- Hits display - Show the number of view hits OR not
- Created date display - Show the created date OR not
- Category title - Show the Category title OR not
- Readmore link - Show the Readmore OR not
- Link target - Set target for links clicked:
- Same window
- New window
- Popup
Image Options
- Image Width - Allow you to set the width of the main image
- Image Height - Allow you to set the height of the main image
- Image Background - Allow to set the color of image background
- Image Resize Mode - Allow you to choose the mode of image resizing (see illustrations by hovering this text):
- None
- Center
- Fill
- Fit
- Strech
ADVANCED OPTIONS
- Anternative layout - Allow you to choose another layout available
- Module Class Suffix - Allow you to choose another CSS class that suits your template
- Custom URL - This param allows you to customize the link of articles. If you do not want to go to the detail page of article, you can change the link. Click Add Item, then type the following information:
- Pre Text - The content to show at the top of module
- Post Text - The content to show at the end of module
- Caching
- Use Global: Turn on caching
- No Caching: Turn off caching
- Cache Times - The time to cache
