First of all, make sure you always download the newest version. When you buy the module, you already have the last version.
The following documentation is applied for packages from version 1.0 of
SJ VM Slider,
SJ K2 Slider and
SJ Article Slider and
SJ Slider for Zoo module.

REQUIREMENTS
1. Joomla! v1.7.x, Joomla! 2.5.x and Joomla! 3.0.x latest stable versions are highly recommended.
INSTALLATION
1. Prepare your module package (zip file; please UNZIP first if it is indicated in the file name)
2. All steps are in administrator of Joomla!:
- In your Administrator page, go to Extensions -> Extension Manager
In this page, click Browse, select module package.
- Then click Upload & Install
- Please wait for module being installed, usually within several seconds
- Now go to Extensions -> Module Manager, click Select Type box and choose the module you have installed
- Then click the module listed below to configure it as SETTINGS part hereafter

Let's examine all the detail settings of SJ Article Slider on Joomla! v2.5.x

GENERAL OPTIONS
- Module Class Suffix - Allow you to choose another CSS class that suits your template. Please refer more here
- Themes - Allow you to choose one of 18 themes available
- Open Link - The opening window for links:
- Speed - The time to move to next article
- Time - The time to run effect
- Start - Allow you choose article which you want to be shown at the first time
- Scroll Number - Allow you set number of articles that are scrolled in each slider switching.
- Element Number - Allow you set number of articles that are shown on per page.
- Auto Play - Allow you to set autoplay for slider
SOURCE OPTIONS
- Data Source - Choose the source of content that is used with this module
- Include Subcategories - Choose content in subcategories OR not
- Sort Order By - Allow to choose the criterion for order:
- Recently Added
- Most Vews
- Recently Modified
- Title
- Ordering
- Random
- Source Filter - Allow to filter article with:
- All article
- None Frontpage
- Only Frontpage
- Item Count - Allow to set number of articles which you want to show in module
ITEM OPTIONS
- Display Title Slider - Show/hide the main title of slider
- Title of Slider - Allow to set title of slider
- Show Title - Show/hide the title of article
- Link For Title - Enable/Disable link for Title of article
- Title Color - Allow to change color of Title
- Title Max Characs - Allow to set the number of characters in the title. Choosing -1 if you want to show full title.
- Show Description - Show/hide description
- Description Max Characs - Allow to set the number of characters in description. Choosing -1 if you want to show full description.
- Description Color - Allow to change color of the description
- Keep HTML - Strip html tag in description or keep them
- Show Read More - Show/hide Read More
- Read More Text - Allow you to alter the text for Read more...
- Display Button - Show/hide navigation button
- Custom URL - Custom URL of article
IMAGE OPTIONS
- Display Image - Show/hide image
- Link For Image - Enable/Disable link for Image
- Image Width - Allow you to set the width of the image
- Image Height - Allow you to set the height of the image
- Image Background - Allow to set the color of image background
- Resize Mode - Allow you to choose the mode of image resizing

ADVANCED OPTIONS
- Include Jquery - Allow to include jQuery lib OR not
- Pre-text - The content to show at the top of module
- Post-text - The content to show at the end of module
- Caching
- Use Global: Turn on caching
- No Caching: Turn off caching
- Cache Times - The time to cache
