I am an amateur Joomla user, Sloveniawww.socarider.com, www.rafting-szlovenia.hu
I used two Smartaddons templates for my websites. I chose them, because they are very modern and good looking, powerful ergonomic templates with a lot of bonus sites, what I can easily use. As an amateur Joomla user, I had plenty of questions to the crew, even the shortcodes are very easy to use. I always had the answers for my questions.

I belong to many template clubs and find SmartAddons to have a lot of customization available. Support is good and helpful. My experience this far is great. I started with a 3 month subscription and when this expires will go to developer.
You always want to test support before you do a full year. :) Excellent thus far. :)

Excellent in Every Way Possible!
I just wanted to say thanks to everyone at smartaddons.com not only for creating probably the best themed templates out there (at a very reasonable cost) but also for their absolutely astounding support.
I've had 1-on-1 support with a global mod (SA Thuy) now for near on 2 weeks. The skill, dedication and customer responsiveness is second to none.
Top marks. Very very impressed from start to finish. I wish more companies took your approach.
