Is there a way to customize the color of the Moo Menu? Specifically the menu bar I want to be transparent and the sub-menus to be different colors... Is this allowed in the CSS somewhere? Also, is there a specific module position this has to be applied to? thank you

You can customize the color of moo menu by changing somethings in the css files: menustyle.css and moomenu.css in the module.
