But the problem is when I press "Demo" it is error.
Like, simply empty page:

ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT
Would you please fix that or send us a new links to all these templates?
Also, the question, if we go for 3 month subscription with 49$, will those templates be free to download?

With 3 month subscription (49$), of course, you can download all our Joomla templates including above templates within 3 months. And the number of domains supported is 2 for this membership.
