I am becoming increasingly frustrated with the slow and lack of support on the Support forums! I have to post on the Open forums asking why no replies have been made to my Support Ticket Requests.
I like the templates but I will have to say I will hesitate in future if I wish to purchase any of the templates. They are generally incomplete, with many bugs and when you try ask for support it is painfully slow and/or no existent.
I understand that the support team may be busy, but waiting 5 - 14 working days for a glib reply or just seeing it has been allocated is, in my opinion, just not good enough. I would really appreciate it if someone could reply to my various support tickets!
