Greetings, I am about to start work on SJ News. This is a beautiful template with a lot of extensions but I have to admit that after reading posts on the forum and in particular looking at the huge number of posts with no replies I am not confident to go ahead and put the hours in to develop my site. There is also quite a number of posts from customers unhappy with the lack of support. May be there is a an even bigger number of customers who are very happy that we do not hear from. If you are using SJ News or any other template could you please let me know and provide a link to your site so I can be confident that my time will not be wasted. That will be very appreciated. Thanks you. I have not started to use the template so I have no problems. If I get any I will raise a ticket. I was looking for answers as to why there are so many tickets with no replies or help and asking members if they are finding your support OK before I put time into developing anew site. I guess English is not your first language so I am not sure how else to explain myself as I tried to keep my first post as simple as I could. Regards, John
