Hello, i submit my ticket yesterday, nobody reply. My ticket number is TE-0000002810. I paid for it , and i want fast response.

The problem is that pack that i download contain only 1.5 and 1.7 version of plugin, so when i installed 1.7 it's broke my site.

p.s. Also i don't want to use my full name on forum, and i want to private it, where i can do that, and change to nickname?

I'm try to download from out there but i don't see any download link, also it's said me that i must be authorized to access document - but i'm already login (u can see it in my attachment) Maybe you tell me what in need to click - to start download? Because i'm not really seen it.

I tryed to download from area of members because "SA Anh" ask me to download from there. Before this i download from email link , and there's was only 1.5 and 1.7 versions in archive.
