Joomla! 1.7.3

I am trying to follow the setup described here, www.smartaddons.com/joomla/extensions/extension-user-guides/318-userguide-setting-yt-menu-for-yt-mega-menu-module but it is for 1.5. 1.7 differs so I am stuck. Is there anyone one who can help me creating columns in the menus? You can chech my menu out at www.learnjoomlah.co.za and login with admin as drowssap!@ as password.
