I know my subscription is finish. I bought one template from this website and I am unable to fix the mega menu for some reason. I tried my best to see what’s the problem. I try to access my website through my Wifi looks like they blocked my up address to access your website as well.

I can't see the reply. Just want to make sure before i pay and get the new module upgrade one. The issue with mega menu is with the higher resolution. The drop down menu hides below the screens. I can't see the reply of yours.
The menu hides below the screen and i am unable to know what option i am suggested. Whether i have to get the upgrade module or its a custom work.

about this issue dropdown menu -> please send us the screenshot to clearer and the resolution that you used. I tried to checking your site with higher resolution and could not found.
