hi install today mod_sj_megak2itemsii_j25-j3x-res_v3.0.0 module but if i use theme 2-3 it isnt work properly

problem in themes 2-4 when i click in header tab on some sub-category it stay on first category and show items from first category (no changes).
in firebug i see error:
TypeError: $(...).parent(...).parent(...).parent(...).parent(...).tabsmart is not a function
