anyone found a solution regarding this issue? ive changed the database collation but i still get ????? where i add greek text

This happends in articles, sections, modules, categories. basically everywhere..

Dear spyros,

Please go to the phpmyadmin and change the collation of fields in all tables again.

ive done this already. ive also droped the database and re uploaded it with the utf8 collation but im still facing the same problem. Any other solutions?

ive reinstalled tha template more than 4 times till now changed the phpmyadmin collation and everything but i still get the ???? everywhere..
