After enabling the YT Framework 3.0, i cant edit my menu items anymore.

there's no such thing. the most recent yt framework version is 2.2.3.
make sure you installed the standalone version of the framework, not the one which comes bundled with SJ template and the YT shortcodes, the latler one is seriously screwed (or rather it will screw your joomla)

Default instalation no active params in yt_shortcodes plugin, ACTIVE to YES and this resolved many problems... Bootstrap and JQuery...
