Hi
My friends has a web site. Joomla and YT-Framework was installed. Server has php-5.6. Joomla! 3.2.2 Stable.YT-Framework 2.2.1
when anyone wants to enter the site. He must wait 60 seconds then it shows everything.
that means it waits too much.
but my helloworld.php which is in server, show very quickly.
the problem is about joomla or yt-framework
why does it wait?
