How do I edit/remove the Residential & Commercial Properties title? It looks to be in position content-top but it isn't

Also, the quick start v2.5 download file is corrupt, I can only get 1.7 to work, and even then it doesn't have any images - if I create a ticket with cpanel details can you install a working demo please?

About your questions:

* you can remove it by disable title of page as the following steps:

+ login

+ choose the main menu --> Home

+ choose Page Display Options tab

+ Choose "No" on Show Page Heading

* please try to reinstall the sj real estate v25 quick start package again.

if you install the quick start package, it is like the demo site.
