I try to build SEO friendly website and to do this URLs were rebuilt however when I choose category title show option on components of sj content, it is trying to go old and long URLs so it gives 404 How can I deactive links of title of category or how Can I change its link ta SEO friendly ones

Moreover, Case is this;
For example if you click on top menu at "İtalya Turları / Kış Turları / İtalya Alplerinde Kayak" . SEO working just fine. It browsing the SEO friendly link like below screenshot:

However, If I try to reach this İtalya Alplerinde Kayak on the main page (litetur.com/tr/) (It has the same name, First Item on the list). It goes link before SEO. like below screenshot:

Furthermore, I use Simple SEO plugin and also my SEO settings on global settings is below:

We can reach your issue, however when you disable SEO optimize, you could see that the different between that link before.
Link on the module has been optimized as possible.

Actually I cannot understand clearly. Why I need to disable SEO.
When I bought this component it says it will be SEO friendly but I clearly is not. Is there a way to work with SEO?
