If you would like change font size of main_title_theme1, please open the theme1.php file (yoursite/modules/mod_sj_content_slideshowii/tmpl/theme1.php) and find:
<div class="main_title_theme1" style="padding-bottom:5px;text-align: left; font-size: 12px;font-weight: bold;text-transform: uppercase;">

change to:

<div class="main_title_theme1" style="padding-bottom:5px;text-align: left; font-size: 16px;font-weight: bold;text-transform: uppercase;">
