I am trying to install the sj_news template which i have purchased from you. The quickinstall is not installing directly from the zip file. I even uploaded the file to tmp and then ran the install. It shows as completed but not showing in the template manager.

I think that there is a misunderstanding.

The zip quick start package file is not installed similar to other extensions in Extension Manager.

It is a full package (joomla + extensions + template).

You can install it similar to a new Joomla.

+ upload and extract the zip quick start package file on your server

+ install the exacted files and folder similar to a new joomla
