when I install Yt Plugin(for Yt Framework) and SJ Core plugin this is the message that appears on top of the Administration Panel:

Dear Monica Nucera,

Please open php.ini file(C:\xampp\php\php.ini), find 'E_STRICT' and disable it.

I'm having a similar problem I suspect is the same issue but I am unable to find this folder "xampp." Let alone the php/php.ini file.your message above implies it is on a local machine off the c:/ drive but I don't see it on either my local pc or the server through an ftp folder view.
I am using SJ Company template.

I have change the from Php 5.2 to 5.3 or 5.4 and it works perfect.
