Can you help me what should I do? Is there a user guide about it?

If you install SJ News quickstart, there is default style. You need only to categories and articles and show them.

Please choose Menu Item Type is Category Blog in Menu->Main Menu-> Edit Menu.

Last question: in the demo site only first articles is displayed with a big images. My page all articles have big images.... Why?

Maybe, reason is your config of Leading Articles. Please login administrator, go to Content->Article Manager, click Options button. Please open Blog / Featured Layouts tab, enter number of Leading Articles is 1.
