I'm sorry, I have a mistake. You can open file default.php(yoursite\templates\sj_news25\html\mod_login\default.php) and find:

echo "<span class=\"date\">".date('d F Y')."</span> Last <span class=\"gmdate\">updated at ".gmdate("h:i ", $sec+$tz)." GMT</span>";

=>
echo "<span class=\"date\">".date(JText::_('DATE_FORMAT_LC2'))."</span> Last <span class=\"gmdate\">updated at ".gmdate("h:i ", $sec+$tz)." GMT</span>";
