is there really a support team??? 4 days no one takes the ticket, so here i am.

And here is the problem
My template is SJ SPORTS STORE
I have to create an online shop at the addres - www.detski.bg
The problem is that when i install the quickstart package in the root folder of the hosting account - public_html, some of the features of the template are not working.
When i install the quickstart package in subfolder /puclic_html/sub/ - All is working.
