First, I created a ticket to request install template on bytehost with domain momiji.vn, about 2 hours everything was done, I could access my website on domain momiji.vn, but website was slow, then I bought a new host at PA-Vietnam, and I wanted to move website from byethost to new host ... I created a new ticket to my request. But after waiting for many hours, I wasn't get reply email, so I call to retailer who sale this templace and instaltion for me, and he said to me "if you want to move the website to new host, you must pay more 25$, it's not free" ... I think it's weird, because other companies will support free moving website from a host to another host ...And I post my case to forum to confirm if the retailer solved it correctly?

Actually I created ticket for my retailer and he/she didn't reply me, and now I get your reply after 6 days ... Because it was too long time for wating to get reply, 3 days ago, I requested another company to move the website to new host, and now you continue to move the website to new host ... I don't know what happen with my website in future after duplicated moving...
