As you know Joomla found very serious security issue. They made an upgrade to 3.6.4. and the changed something in JSON model in Joomla core. You module not working anymore with Joomla 3.6.4. If you will activate it you will get an error "Error decoding JSON data: Syntax error" and whole website doesn't work.
You should fix the problem as soon as possible because this Joomla update is very important and than more people gonna upgrade their Joomla than more support requests you will get...

Also after upgrade there is no access to the module in the Joomla Backend. I could see just a white screen and one switcher

It was disabled but that doesn't matter....
The problem is the same.

I have the same problem with sj k2 module.
Have you found a solution?

There is only one solution: to wait until SmartAddons will make a patch unfortunately until now no answer from them... (((
