Here is a very simple solution:

Set minimal products in shipping methods to 1...so when cart is empty there will be no shipping cost in cart.

BTW. My friend made site for me, and i havent order information, havent contact to him - so i will get support only if i buy plugin? I hope there will be no need. That was a simple question, you dont give answer to my previous friend in this topic, im giving you right now for free.
