This solution still doens't work on my Wampserver 2..

returns:

Server error
The website encountered an error while retrieving localhost/fed/index.php/joomla/smart-seach?q=ipsum. It may be down for maintenance or configured incorrectly.
Here are some suggestions:
Reload this webpage later.
HTTP Error 500 (Internal Server Error): An unexpected condition was encountered while the server was attempting to fulfill the request.



All the services are up and running and everything else is working fine. Any ideas?

It is normal now.

Please check your Wampserver 2. again.
