This is what php.ini says for Strict Standards:
E_ALL & ~E_NOTICE & ~E_DEPRECATED... I didn't see anything else that said strict, but I'll research it more.
What do I check in the quickicon module and where do I find it?
I'm going to move the files to another folder for backup, re-install the quick start package with no sample data then import the backup database with my data to see if the problem still exists. Do you think that is the right thing to do at this point? Or, would I see more of the same?
As a note, this was working for me without fail for about two-weeks. I left it alone for a few days to work on another website, when I noticed the error. I downloaded all the files and database to my local test server (XAMPP), where it works fine.
