TOPIC: How do I disable Menu Bar in Worldnews

How do I disable Menu Bar in Worldnews 11 years, 9 months ago #8194

When I scroll down, the MENU BAR stays on top. I want to disable that feature.

I went to the Template backend, >> Top Menu Settings >> Keep menu bar on top.

I selected the NO option, but it is not working. Is there another way to change this.
