The main problem is that (position-7) moves down to the bottom of the content if the settings use the settings menu | Blog Layout | Leading Articles-2, Leading Articles-1, Leading Articles-4, Leading Articles-3

This template doesn't support layout as you want, it only support layout with two columns: demo.smartaddons.com/#sj-joomla3
If you want other layout, please submit custom work, our developer will custom for you.
