Yes, but when I change the syatus of the menu itm (Регионам) to home page the module disappears. I guess the problem connecting whith site language.

Its the language site bug. All the modules wich assigned to the homepage (must be "site.ru") the modules appear on site.ru/ru/ like on multilanguage site.

The function "Install Accredited Language Translations" is unavaible in the template - 500 error

Tts not a menu item, its homepage association problem.
