I installed sj_esport_quickstart_j25_v1.1

I have two problems

1.A big problem!!! - I have a problem with the Balkan capitals čćžšđ.

in phpMyAdmin (ver.3.4.4) is utf8_general_ci and I tried it with utf8_croatian_ci but does not work.
On Joomla administration and FrontPage was installed last pack Croatian translation

but still doesnotfunction

2.Even more problematic!!! - Administration has been slow, as I have not seen before.

in the Backend when I click on save, throws me off the administration, and I have to log in again.
and again and again, I'm pissed off.

seems to I have found a reason for the problem number 2.

when in Joomla Language Manager put English (United Kingdom) like Default Administrator Lenguage, everithing working OK.

When I put other Default Administrator Lenguage, eg.(Croatian (hr-HR) or Bosnian (bs-BA)) problems come.

If this is a problem, What about users who do not know English??
