Indeed, I do contact you guys with all kinds of available cntact ways. But the point is you guys not reply in time or I don't know when will you check forum or tickets. And I found that evrytime your support team only reply one tickets, even there are other not issued tickets. I am highly expecting your company to improve the support service. The work you guys made is great, but the support service is bad. I am sorry about saying that!
