ytmod position problem

TOPIC: ytmod position problem

ytmod position problem 11 years, 5 months ago #14222

Hi, I am using joomla 2.5.7 and installed your sj resorts template.

But when I want to select my module using ytmod position like : content-1, content-2, right-col, nothing in the list. The list positions only showed me : nav2, debug, copyright, and some others.

Could you tell me, what should I do? And what is the problem?

Please go to your_site\templates\sj_resorts\templateDetails.xml and find:

<positions>


=> change:

<positions>
		<position>slide_show</position>
		<position>spotlight1-1</position>
		<position>content-1</position>
		<position>content-2</position>
		<position>content-3</position>
		<position>content-4</position>
		<position>content-5</position>
		<position>content-6</position>
		<position>right-col</position>
		<position>spotlight2-1</position>
		<position>spotlight2-2</position>
		<position>spotlight2-3</position>
		<position>spotlight2-4</position>
		<position>position-10</position>
		<position>position-11</position>
		<position>position-12</position>
		<position>position-13</position>
		<position>position-14</position>
		<position>right-col</position>

Thanks for your help. But could you ask smartaddons to include all the positions in templateDetails.xml so we don't it to add them manually?

The all the positions use in layout(main-right.xml) file. the positions defined in templateDetails.xml.This template only support positions: please refer to demo.smartaddons.com/templates/joomla25/sj-resorts/images/yt-positions.jpg
