On our SJ-Resorts template (Joomla 2.5) with K2 we are not able to get the "article author" displayed, no matter whether it is turned on in settings or manually per article.
If we turn the author on we get the line "Authored by" -- but no name behind it (it's not a matter of wrong colours - there actually IS NO author name behind the phrase). Also author image and description are not displayed - even if turned on. Any thoughts on this one?

Hi SA Supporter,
thanks for your willingness to help and your excellent service. The issue is with www.c-stab.net ... for which I have already started a ticket because of the menu issue. The problems might be related - who knows....  The ticket is worked on by thangnm. Will PM the FTP as well today. Thanks once again! Carol & Andreas |
