When I install the package with other options enabled, I'm just getting a standard Joomla with the default sample content and without the template.
I'm using Wampserver 2.2, if it can help

I'm pretty sure there is a problem, because I try to download the joomla 2.5 package which is 69M, as the joomla 3.0 package is only 25M ! I think your package (at least the one I'm downloading with the code given) is wrong.

EDIT : I've tried with the Joomla 2.5 quickstart, and it works perfectly. So, I think there is a problem with Joomla 3.0 quickstart.

You right, I have same problem, trying third day install quickstart 3.0, but there is no sample homepage option. What option I have choose?

One month now, and still no solution provided...
And I'm not able to download the packages anymore.
