Certainly, it can be useful...

But who cares 3-4 Menu Item Types, when it is a nightmare to customize the template.
According to advice, given by your support, I've changed 3products/3coloumn product display
to 4product/4coloumns.
The site have moved totally left (in all browsers). Some content got tabular "framing" ("Shoping cart", "Customer account"), Breadcrumbs are dispyed vertical.
I submitted a ticket....waiting for a quick reply.

Do you have an overall, more detailed Userguide?
I've submitted a ticket, almost a week ago, I've given all neccessary information to access FE and BE....but I don't see any changes, solutions.
