The main menu in SJFlatNews isn't working for me. I first installed the quick start version and none of the links were showing up, so I completely deleted that install and installed regular joomla with this template as the default and I still can't get my menu items to show up. They are showing up just fine on other templates. Thanks.

May be compress css and js. you go to Template Manager -> sj company -> Advanced tab -> chose:

Merge file -> No
Compress css -> No
Compress js -> No
