Been waiting 3 days for proper support and for someone to actually look at my problem but no-one seems very interested so how do I claim a refund?

product not-as-described: such issues should be reported to our Technical Support Department within 7 days from the date of the purchase. Clear evidence must be provided proving that the purchased product is not as it is described on the website. Complaints which are based merely on the customer's false expectations or wishes are not honored.



Seeing as the module won't handle multi-language properly.

Well, it doesn't.

please spend some time to look at the problem.

Go to the english site. Look at the module. The title is in German NOT English. Matratzen is NOT an English word. As I said previously the url is correct when looked at with Chrome but the title is not.
