Having an issue with Sj VM Extra Slider on Joomla 2.5 / VM 2 (latest revisions), with Source =
Latest Product taking over 60 seconds to display, eventually ending in an SQL error (please see attached screenshot). This is a different issue that
Show ONLY new products.
- With other sources it works fine, but we just need to display Latest Product
- in VM's default module Latest product displays without issue.
Have been testing for hours and hours without finding what's causing the issue.
Important: I gave Support the detail (as well as access to a copy of the production website made especially for the occasion). That was over a week ago (2014-01-22) and we're still waiting. The ticket is 8515 : sj-vm-extra-slider-autoplay-and-layout-issue
Please support, or refund us.
PS : thuygtn from Support helped us solve the issue on our testing website, but unfortunately applying the same tip on the production website does not work.
