I just try to install the template SJ-tech in my local host but an error "There was an error uploading this file to the server." come out why?

Dear Rusly,

Please go to www.smartaddons.com/joomla/download/joomla-templates-club-jtc/cat_view/29-joomla-/61-premium-joomla-templates/220-sj-tech and download SJ Tech Template 2.5.x or SJ Tech - Template for Joomla 3.x . Then, please re-install it.
