I have a SJ Jare language problem. All russian character appears as "Путь РЅР° сайте", but should be "Главная". Example: clip2net.com/s/5Gdbi8
Standart templates have no problem: clip2net.com/s/5Gdmbw
Joomla installed on local server. Clear Joomla (on screens) install has the same problem:
- Denwer 3 Base 2012-09-16
- Joomla 2.5.14 rus
- plg_system_yt.zip
- plg_system_ytshortcodes.zip
- SJ_Jare-sj_jare_template_J25_v1.0.zip

SQL connection collation is utf8_general_ci. phpMyAdmin 3.5.1: clip2net.com/s/5Gda8Q and clip2net.com/s/5GdDc6

Please help!

I changed it, but it is not helped. Header is "Путь на сайте" too.

I found the solution! It was Denwer problem.
denwer folder\usr\local\apache\conf\httpd.conf -> AddDefaultCharset utf-8
