Hello. I installed the quick install package from SJ Gostore 1:1 - and added products. Unfortunately, the Rating tab and Other tab do not work. There are no additional plugins or extensions installed. Only SJ Gostore Quick package is installed. Ratings and comments are turned on in Joomshoping.

Joomla 4.3.3, Joomshopping 5.2.0 is installed as included in the package and runs under php 8.2.
The tabs also don't work under Php 8.0 and 8.1. I don't get any error message. What could be the problem?

Hallo. Ich habe das Quick-Install Paket von SJ Gostore 1:1 installiert - und Produkte eingepflegt. Leider funktionieren der Bewertung Tab und Other-Tab nicht. Es sind keine zusätzlichen Plugins oder Erweiterungen installiert. Nur SJ Gostore Quick Paket ist installiert. Bewertung und kommentare sind in Joomshoping eingeschalten.
