I'm trying to setup a site on localhost using SJ Plus template, progressing slowly though. I'm having a problem with notice module position. I've placed a warning about encoding in notice module, however, it does not show when the page loads.
Any ideas?

I've solved my problem of notice module not showing. It was turned off from template settings Now it working OK. And, I've changed its background thru template css file.
