When an user login in the frontend all elements on the page have activated editing icons instead to have editing icon only on the article. By this means any user by clicking on any module can enter into Admin areas and edit site settings.

This is an security and site integrity risc and should be eliminated. Only Article Edit Icon should be active.

Please let me know how to stop this. Thank you.

I was quite surprised to find in Joomla General Setting Public possibility to set off this behaviour. The editing icons on modules do not appear on the front now.
