On the basic platform, you can install multiple language and multiple menu on this template but you need to know some technical guide when creating multiple language (you can refer this guide: www.smartaddons.com/support/tutorial-videos/viewvideo/14/joomla-32/joomla-32-multilingual-site-automatic-installer).

With installing multiple Menu on this template, you absolutely can do that but you can't install multiple menu with the same as top menu of SJ Plus. I would like to introduce you another free menu that you should consider to use: www.smartaddons.com/joomla/extensions/free-extensions/item/567-sj-flat-menu-free-responsive-joomla-module.
