I found a temporary solution to my problem.
1 Turn on the Global Settings - System - the System Debugger option (Yes)
2 Modify the media file / cms / css / debug.css in the element (div # system-debug), adding (display: none;) to hide my display on the page.

This somehow corrects me I do not understand the error of the images and js not working.
